At Yoga in the Barn, we believe that true wellness is a holistic approach that encompasses the mind, body, and spirit. We strive to empower our clients to take control of their own health and well-being.
We offer small classes (maximum of 4 students) in our lovely barn. We encourage our students to become strong and supple in their minds and bodies. We teach Hatha yoga with an emphasis on alignment together with pranayama and meditation.
We also offer one to one sessions to help students build a sustainable home practice and to aid rehabilitation of old or existing injuries.
